How fat am I?

According to the calculations on my bodyfat calculator that I created, here are the numbers:

21% bodyfat
169lbs of lean body mass
45 lbs of fat

You are going to need bodyfat calipers to take the measurements. I used a 7 point test but you can do the 9. The 3 point is the least accurate and not recommended.

Bodyfat measurements

Ok well I finally have the measurements up and am getting set to kick this off. I apologize for the delay but I had some important family matters to attend to.

Here are the results of my 7 point bodyfat test, measured with a FatTrack II.  It seems to be as accurate as the manual calipers.

Triceps:  19mm
Pectoral: 25mm
Midaxilla: 21mm
Subscapula: 18mm
Abdomen: 26mm
Quadriceps: 11mm

I will do the calculations to figure out my total bf% and post this asap. 

Bodyweight: 214lbs
Height: 5'10"
Age: 32

My tape measurements are going to follow as well as my diet and training plan.

Barely going

Already I have hit snags in my plan. I have procrastinated in finishing
my diet and workout program. This has to be done by this weekend or I
will fail before I even begin. I will get my measurements done as well.

So here are some more...note the 26mm bodyfat measurement on my waist! I will take all my bodyfat measurements and post them soon as well as complete body measurements and a diet/training plan, so please stay tuned! Also, looking for feedback from anyone! Thanks!

Ok so as promised here are some "before" pictures of my fat belly. I trimmed the hair off my body so as not to hide anything, lol. I will humiliate myself in order to improve myself. I think that is the ticket to my success. I encourage anyone who wants to join me in a quest to lose weight to do the same. We can encourage each other. So please reply to me and we can do this together! Men, women, young and old, it doesn't matter. It is a matter of health. Everytime I go up a flight of stairs it reminds me how out of shape I am!

So just to show you what kind of fat-ass I have become, my pictures will be up soon, probably by Monday. I am embarrassed to show my fat gut but it has to be done just to motivate me to lose it.

Thank you Samuel for looking at my blog and offerring your assistance. Yes, it would be nice. Anyone's help would be nice. I do have some experience weight training in the past but burning bodyfat has been a challenge through my life.

Diet is especially difficult for me to follow. I would like advice on diet and supplements. Maybe a fat burner or others. Anyone with some knowledge, please chime in.

Lose 25 lbs

It all starts here. My quest to trim 25 lbs off my neglected corpse. I sit at a desk all day, have a comfortable relationship, have lots of stress and just stopped working out because I do not have the time. So what was the end result? Yes, a fat gut.

So I have made this a starting point to a new me. Stay tuned!
